Pateley Bowling Green Railings Consultation

Pateley Bridge Bowling Club would like to erect railings around the bowling green in the Recreation Ground to protect the green from dogs and people straying on to it.

The club deems the railings to be essential to the future viability of this thriving community group, with all other bowling clubs that they compete with already having them in place. They would be 3ft tall, dark green, and similar in style to the railings around the playground to ensure they are in keeping with the rest of the Recreation Ground.

Currently Pateley Bridge Town Council and Bewerley Parish Council are considering whether to grant their permission for this development. They feel it is important to gauge opinion more widely.
