The Glasshouses Play Area has nine pieces of equipment for younger children and a junior football pitch; individual councillors carry out visual and operational checks on a weekly basis to make sure they’re in good working condition. They are also checked annually by an independent professional inspector. It is a popular and lively site, with plenty of room to run around and let off steam – and as a children’s play area, it is a dog-free zone!
