Pateley Bridge Town Council and Bewerley Parish Council will unveil commemorative plaques on Saturday 31st July at 2pm to acknowledge both councils’ gratitude to everyone in the community who has helped make life better for people during the pandemic.
Many people have volunteered and helped during this time, and many businesses have really stepped into the breach, especially helping people who have had to self-isolate. It has been heart warming to see the community respond with such kindness and generosity in such difficult times.
The plaques will be unveiled on Saturday 31st of July at 2pm, at the Town Council notice board on the High Street and then across the river at the Youth Shelter, and everyone is welcome to come together and acknowledge the tremendous community that we are so lucky to be a part of.
