GRAZING LAND FOR RENT
Pateley Bridge Town Council and Bewerley Parish Council are again offering the Cemetery Field for an annual grazing rental. This is the field to the west of the Pateley Bridge Cemetery and to the north of Panorama Way extending to some 2.6 acres.
Any tenant would be responsible for maintaining the field through grazing, for the control of noxious weeds, and for the upkeep of the boundary walls and fences.
Anyone interested in renting this field for the period 1 February 2021 to 31 December 2021 should submit a sealed tender bid to the Clerk to the Town Council no later than Tuesday 29th December 2020, marking the envelope ‘Cemetery Field’.
Please note that the Councils are not bound to accept the lowest or indeed any tender submitted.
